OllyDbg is not developed anymore and I'd not recommend using it now.
Instead I'd recommend
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (available both for 32 and 64 bit applications). It's similar in design as Olly, also has plugin support (and a wide range of plugins using that) and is still receiving active development (new features, bugfixes, etc.).
