Any providers offer PSilent with their cheats?
One that hides from the observers (enemy) you locking onto them or snapping.

To be fair, if he's someone who's fine with rage hacking, you can easily take a shadowban and participate in the incel rage hack fest that is shadowban lobbies. He could use these and not face a permanent ban without detection.

That is false, Cobalt has silent aim (Luther rebrand does as well, pretty sure its the same thing just rebranded). I personally used them the other day, played completely fine on an aged without getting shadowed. Switched to a non aged, got shadowed, it lifted in a few days.

no Public Provider has Psilent. no one said silent(without the "p") which stands for perfect aka perfect silent aim.

If you get SB, you arent able to find Lobbies. Its impossible to find Lobbies with Shadow Ban.
If you cheating still, you will increase the chance of perma ban. People will still report you. Just because you're in SB lobbies doesn't mean you'll get reported any less.
Silent Aim can gets easily detected by Anticheat Software. Anti-Cheat can detect anomalies, what is human and what is not.

You are wrong sir, you can play ressurgence quads or shipment Multiplayer whilst being shadowbaned. Only those modes work, its infested with cobalt ragehackers inf sliding and silent aiming.
Also their SB will lift because its an Automated system , unless cheat detection then they get perm. Exept a few manual bans here n there but thats not the norm.

Wrong, you can find a lobby while shadowbanned. It can take longer though, as the pool of players is less to select from when it's only other shadowbanned people.

Show me one instance of someone being banned for rage hacking and being manually reported in a shadowban lobby? I'm talking a ban that was by a reviewed report. That's not how bans with COD work, they don't actually review or analyze anything, the review is all automated bullshit, they lock you in these loops until you eventually get hit with a detection.

As I stated, he would be banned by the anti-cheat with a detection only. In this case, it would be a feature detection, similar to how COD detected unlock all's and such. There is no system that detects anomalies that leads to a permanent ban. I welcome you to provide any source on this.

COD does however detect anomalies when it sends you into your shadowban after being reported, but that is not a permanent ban and is a time-gated 1-7 day timeout. People don't play these lobbies because Cobalt rage hard tards go ham in them, not because they're scared of a reviewed ban.
