VMware / LoL Problem

Hi guys, i get this error while the game is loading. How can I solve this problem?

I got same error, start from the patch Nov. 21st and I can't find any solution against that.
Before it my VM is working fine with LoL. I believe quite some ppl report that VM stop working after that patch.

Please let me know if there are any solution.
