Adding new Titles

Is there a way to add new titles that will be displayed in title widget in character window without vnum range being somewhere in between 9300 and 9499? Or is it hardcoded to only display titles in those VNum ranges?

This is just a guess based on some others strings from game files, but I think it is indeed hardcoded in the binary, the easiest solution I can think of would be to get the address of the list of the titles, and append your custom strings (that can come from game files!) to it
But it will require a bit of reverse engineering
