Connection over LAN

I'd like to test some functions of my server. Would like to join with separate computer. For now I run server on virtual machine and from same same computer(host) I run client(playing/testing the game).
Tried to open server from another computer over the same internet connection and cannot access it. I host website for my own purposes on xampp, cant even access it.

Firewall is disabled, port forwarding seems to work, since I can access server and website on host from VM. What else should I do/modify/change to be able to access server and website on other computers over LAN ?

I run server on VMware Workstation Pro -> Windows Server 2019 Standard.

i thin i can Help u i have test Server on Oracle VM and i can join with any PC in the same Internet...
