keraim is good ,but due to external,it cant work in fullscreen mode ,what a pity

so is there anyone else can do that? legit&UD&support fullscreenmode

What difference does it make for you to play fullscreen borderless and not fullscreen? Performance?

yep, performance, can't feel smooth video in borderless or windowed,only fullscreen did that

You get barely noticeable better FPS and latency. On Youtube you can find some comparison, its like 1-3% better in fullscreen than borderless. Not worth it considering alt tab doesnt work anymore.

Internal cheats supports full screen while external cheats can have issues with supporting full screen because it creates separate overlay on the game. According to my experience there are only few external cheats which works in full screen but can create issues with features not working properly.
