hwid ban on the first time using an unlock tool

so i got banned for using an unlock tool 260 days ago on both of my accounts (main and alt ) so i used my cheats on the ult account just to try it i played for a week then got banned on both accounts (the alt account was on epic games the main account is on steam ) and i tried to buy the game again on a another account on steam played for 1 game then got kicked out i just want to know am i hwid banned for life or just 1 year

and can i spoof to play the game again ?
