Permanent spoofer for fortnite

I stupidly decided to get a cheat for an alt account to troll a friend. Got banned, didn't care as it was an alt. I now however want to play on my main ofc. So is there a permanent spoofer out there that works for fortnite? Would it mess with other games I play? Thank you in advance

Unfortunately they don't support my motherboard, my best guess is that it is old. So hardware upgrade may be my best option at the moment. Unless there is a motherboard out there that supports MSI B85M-E45

You can try SYSRESET I just got this used my self. And currently selling it.
For fortnite you don't even need format if you are planning to play ranked and unranked. If you want to play on tournament you just need to format and do raid0 but thats for tournaments. But if you are playing pubs and ranked you can try out SYSRESET.

right here 6.50 for a day and its perm so only requires you to spoof once

hmmm paying 30$ for a onetime spoof use isnt the best idea unless ur just trying to blow money, i sell a day for 6.50$ and u can spoof within that day and save urself 20 something bucks
