ok I'm doing the topic since it's going to be asked I think, is thatThose who started playing the real game are SB or Ban? To find out if to play on a new account + spoofer or something

When MW2 was released there were no problems but it may be different with MW3

Quite honestly, if you do not want to risk it, you could go for a permanent spoofer that offers you a permanent solution against a scenario like this. It doesn't have to be expensive at all.

If that is not on your benefit, then I would recommend you to wait & see what is going to happen. We unfortunately cannot look into the future, so we shall wait and see. Or you could take precuations.
