There are some cheats that use fly hack that are undetected. The coffee one is insanely rage style but there are other cheats that use different methods that allow them to "levitate" (therefore "fly" by levitating on a mountain and walking across the z-axis) and that has been seemingly undetected with the cheats that I know that use it.
