I have a problem evading bans, can anyone offer some more advice on how server owners are still tracking me.

Uninstalled steam, wipe folders, registry files for both FP and steam.

Fresh install of steam on a different drive. New download of Rust, I have used fresh accounts and also legit hour accounts.

I have recently upgraded my mobo, ram and CPU (not for Rust purposes), don't know if this helps.

I have changed my IP multiple times, changed modem and have recently got a new ISP with a new router, and still picking up evasion bans.

How else can they be tracking me? Doing my nut in.

*These are server bans, not EAC, cheese is undetected for 2 years.

I have changed my wireless router a few times, just tell amazon its developed a fault send it back for a new one I have also done the below and in that time I have changed ISP providers.

Go to router settings page(Web GUI)
Change LAN IP.
You can change the LAN IP address manually in the column of [IP Address]
Click Apply to save the setting.
Host Name.
Domain Name.
IP Address.
Subnet Mask.

Whenever I use a VPN I seem to get pinged for using a VPN.

If you have any suggestions/advice that would be great.

Changing your router does not guarantee you will be assigned a new IP, regarding what you wrote above, that is simply changing the local IP, -ie it is irrelevant to your global IP.
Make sure your global IPv4 is changing

I checked my IPv4 before and after and the IP had changed. Is there anything else server owners/battlemetrics can trace you with?

IPV4 is just the format of the ip address.
How are you checking this?

Simple & short answer: reformat windows. I have had the exact same issue. Kept getting caught. I reformat my windows, done the same process and I was good to go. Don't ask me how, but somehow they trace through other files.

No admin cannot read your file system.
