Need some help to make test server

Hello guys,

So I was wondering if there is anyone here who is willing to help me(who I can ask some questions when I’m in need) to make a private test server for me my brother and an old friend. So we can f#ck around a little bit on that server and me testing some things and learning some new things.

By preference it would be easier if the person speaker Nederlands(Dutch) that’s easier to communicate ofcourse but English is also good.

But I’m getting an error that I’m not getting away.
