Auto select and auto skill

Is there a tool which you can use after you log in to the game that auto selects mobs and uses skills 1-9? Specifically for non-bot servers.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] this worked on SRO-Times for example, depends on the server ur playing. VSRO Plus has the option to disable auto target server sided so there won't ne any option at all. How ever, as for the skills, just get a keypresser.
