Looking for recommendation

Hi all,

I'm currently looking to swap the cheese I'm using because of the one I'm using doesnt have all the functions that I want (see below "required features").
I've been searching around but I've been struggling to find a cheese with the "required functions" + a decent amount of the "wanted functions" that doesn't get detected every other week.


Some PC Specs:
Currently running win10 22H2, 11th gen i9 intel CPU, RTX 2080 GPU, UEFI Based Motherboard (ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO).
I do not have DMA hardware for the moment, however that may change in the future.

I welcome any recommendation you fellas may have.

Required = functions that I want the cheese to have for it to be worth switching.
wanted features = not necessarily required, but the more of these functions provided the better.
Other features = features that doesn't have that much weight, but doesn't hurt if the cheese has.

There are probably some more functions that are good to have that I've forgot to have in the below lists but I think I've covered the most essential ones.


I've included Kernaim & Yazzn as comparisons with the lists because it is what I've used historically that are still on the market.
As can be seen below, something that has Kerns features + (chams with) visibility check + quest item ESP would fit me nicely.

**** See all quest items = See and be able to pick up quest items for quests that are not active
