is vsroplus_lib.dll a trojan?

Yesterday a server im playing on did an update, and today the file has been flagged by windows defender. Is this another false positive like the sro_client.exe? Or did they alter the files to include a surprise?

That's the client library of their filter (vPlus). It's 100% trustable and is simply flagged due to it being packed for crack protection, as well as grabbing identifier values of your PC/network to enforce HWID/IP limits & modifying the client for features.
