Hello I wanted some info regarding apex legends disabling accounts, I made a brand new account on Xbox and only played the game for a few hours and a few days later I get a email saying “WE WISH TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE FOUND YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR USER AGREEMENT OR OUR TERMS OF SALE, AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS VIOLATION WE ARE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.” Now I’m really confused because I literally did nothing to get disabled. I never talked in voice chat, regular chat, never cheated and I played from my own connection. I tried to appeal the ban and I just got this message
“Thank you for contacting us regarding the action that was taken on your account due to a violation of our User Agreement or Terms of Sale. After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly, and the sanction will remain in place.

I got no information regarding what I did to get disabled, so I made a new account on my Xbox and I was able to play again and a few days later I got disabled again for the same thing. I honestly don’t know what I’m doing wrong, I play the game normal no glitches, cheats etc… If anyone knows what I can do to appeal my ban again or what I can do to avoid getting disabled please help, I actually enjoy playing the game on console but I can’t seem to play without getting banned. I tried searching this up and it seems other people have gotten this message but they were never given the reason why, I read the user agreement and everything and I couldn’t find anything I did wrong. Any Information would be helpful thanks. Also this is a Xbox account so no HWID ban on my pc or anything.
