My account has recently been suspended for one day and flagged for doing RMT, options

Recently my account has been banned and flagged for buying gold from a flagged seller (Cheapgold on G2G, I know I'm stupid), I have a mule account in 1415 and I would like to know if by trading the objects with it, that is, doing RMT in that account, After buying shards and trading them with my main account via email, my account may not be banned again. I guess that the next bans they can give me will be for one month and then permanent, right?

Email and clarify that you broke TOS and ask if you are allowed to make a new account since two bans might be ban on sight.

Try to opeen a ticket via Amazon Account. It's common thath you geet banned for buying gold. Happened to me to after spending 500 euros in my account ^^

I have been selling gold on Neria for like month after premiere, now I am selling on fresh server. I am using 5 accounts no ban whatsoever. Just buy from normal players instead of bots....

Mule get banned or your main also get banned? we always saying don't buy botted gold but bunch of people keep saying "use mule it's safe" and u see how safe it is right.

I also selling my handfarmed gold since release and 0 ban or warning, but i refuse to sell re-sellers or flagged account because if u got marked it's too risky to do it. Bans gonna extend btw everytime u get banned until u get perma ban i guess.

So what are your restrictions now after the temporary ban? I was thinking of buying a big bulk of gold to invest into gems etc.
was anything in your account rolled back?

Unless they changed something since I've last played, they just remove your gold, or what's left of it. But I've heard they got more strict with bans, so I'd suggest buying gold from people that you 1000% know it isn't botted

Don't sell or buy from resellers/botters, think you should be fine.
Ask for proof that it's clean gold, like gem/fish/investment sales, how ever they got the Gold.
Maybe a bit tricky if you will just transact in the 100k range, but above 250k i think sellers would kinda co-operate
I sold 1 Mil few months ago(from level 10 gem sales that I could prove to the buyer) and nothing happened what so ever.

Did the gold on your account reset? And did your mail also got deleted?
