nfkcheats - customer service

My initial experience with NFKCheats has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I purchased their DBD cheats but have yet to receive any email from them. The only confirmation I have is that my payment went through via Coinbase.

At 11:53, I decided to reach out to their support team to inquire about how to claim my purchase. Their response was that they were currently grappling with issues concerning their delivery service and were awaiting an admin to address the problem. I patiently waited for 5 hours, hoping for an update. When no update came, I messaged them again. This time, they instructed me to check my email, but to my dismay, there was nothing there.

In a last-ditch effort, I asked if they could provide me with the activation code directly via the chat. The support representative requested my email and then informed me that there was no purchase associated with my email address. Frustrated, I provided them with my order number and invoice number, but now it seems like I'm being ignored, and it's been approximately over 12hrs hours without a response.

This has been an incredibly disappointing first experience with NFKCheats, and I'm unsure about how to proceed.

Edited: after 24h+ after purchase , I've been sent activation code.

Is the cheese any good? Do you recommend?

Hello. For some unknown reason I missed this topic.

I apologize that this situation ever happened.

Now we have improved the support system on the site and such situations at the moment are a very rare rather than a systematic problem.
