Most do SID so u will have to reset with every windows reinstall.
Some devs do GPU lock and those are the best if u ask me since u barely change GPU over time.
It eventually depends on the dev.
Also I have seen many cheats advertise a built in spoofer, before buying ask em if it still really work as a lot from my experience stopped working and they still advertise it.

For example, with Lux, you can just spoofer that our apps won't be asking for hwid reset.
