The screenshot you provided is just one of our salespersons informing others in the chat channel that we usually only put 5-15 USD in the invoice amount to make it easier for you, but since the amount is too low sometimes it can lead to getting stuck in the customs, so in the follow up chat channel, we also said that we have increased the invoice amount. Your screenshot of the chat is not at all what we said to you alone. Why are you confusing the chat?
