DMA/ what do i need ?

Can someone give me an detailed explanation of how to set up an DMA card from beginning to end pls ? What do i need all ? Extra cables n stuff ?
Most likely buying from Enigma store.
I have an Main PC and an Gaming Laptop which is hwid baned on Apex just for info.

Apprecciate any info.
