I found that ABS is available in many regions, but I found that the Chinese version seems to be the cheapest, allowing only $4.50 a day.

Nah, for some reason some people call it "abs ru". I also only learned about them being chinese when they were shut down for a while

The 'official' website where you can download the newest loader also is in chinese
