[Moderator Application]The Black Market

Hello dear community,

Intro:

Let me introduce myself to you all, my name is Isabelle and I live in Belgium, I'm trying to expand my knownledge in computers a little bit and I actually started to like it alot and I got redirected by my nephew to these forums
he said I could learn alot from elitepvpers alot, wich is actually completely true, when I first logged in here I was a total newbie, I didn't even understand the meaning of an echo in php. I'm mature, 24years old and well educated,
these are the following languages I speak & understand correctly: English, French, Dutch, Finnish and I can understand a little German because some word expressions match to Dutch. So now that you know me a little better lets go to
the required steps of becoming a moderator on elitepvpers! I've been thinking alot when to post this application, people told me this might be a little early but I took the risk!

Age: 24
Gender: Female

Why do you want to be a moderator?

Because I like to keep forums clean, it was some dream to be a part of a big running routine, I would like to keep The Black Market clean, as there is alot to moderate for only 4moderators at this time, they are doing a very good
job over there but I don't think another moderator should be a problem in that section. Even if I don't have any iTrader or BlackMarket reputation this doesn't mean I can't be a moderator there, actually I got nothing to sell really
all what I have is in use.

How much experience do you have with the section you're applying to?

My experience is not really high in trading & selling because I never really sell something online, but I do have experience in reporting in that section, for example: bumping twice a day. You know, the basic stuff. I've contacted
Lowfyr, he said I shouldn't apply as a fourth moderator in the 2Moons section because ~Twister~,~Kakkarot~ and ofcourse trane are doing a great job there. So I was searching for another section to apply as a moderator, I browsered
only 3-4 of the Black Market sections and I reported about 10 users within 20 minutes. My experience in a moderator being is enough to handle the job I will take care off, I know the rules and I think that is the biggest expierence
a moderator can have!

Do you have enough time and effort to dedicate to the job?

I spend about 4 hours a day on the forum on weekdays, and in weekend I'm online from 9AM to 2AM (GMT+1), this doesn't mean I'm looking all those hours at the forum straight, I'm playing, chatting, calling with friends and I refresh
the forum about each 30minutes and check if there is something new, I check it out to see if no rules are broken or to see if I can help with the knownledge I have. Additional to all of this I've been accepted as a guardian quite
fast as a new member actually. So my conclusion on this question is I have enough time for this job and I'm willing all the best for elitepvpers because this is a great community so I'm willing to put all effort into my job as much as
possible!

Do you regulary take part in the forums in wich you are applying to?

Yes, well actually I can't proove this, all I can say is that I'm browsering it alot and reporting if I see something wich is against the rules. I'm very knownledged with all the rules and before I report something I always doublecheck
something, I'm actually active in 2 sections (2Moons & Dekaron section & The Black Market), I have nothing more to say about this.

Can you handle numerous types of questions, even if, in your opinion, think they are stupid?

Yes, not every person has the same opinions or way of looking into something, some people are just diffrent and don't see things as fast as others, I think everybody needs a chance on getting a correct anwser. My way of anwsering stupid
questions will be giving the person a correct anwser and saying that he can always ask something to me, the moderators are there to support the members not to say: "Stop asking me dumb questions, I have no time for that."

Can you act mature around others?

I'm going to be very honest in this, I'm very funny with friends and really crazy, but on forums or anything serious I'm very mature, I'm studying for doctor so I don't think you can be unmature to study for something as that. Another
postive thing about myself is that when there is a discussion I just observate it and post something where they can not go against in, not just something randomly wich is totally not thinked about. I'm not going to get myself stressed
for somebody because he wants that. Being urself is the best way you can act!

Have you operated as a moderator before?

Well actually I moderated my highschool forums wich were pretty much spammed by everyone. When I left highschool my status got revoked and has been given to a new volunteer. Also there I had postive reactions about my way of moderating,
I also want to say moderating highschool forums and market forums are not the same, but I'm willing to learn everything, I'm open to anything postive!

Additional:

I just want to request people to not just say 'NO' for no reason, I know that I'm a new member, but I'm not a spammer or anything, all I try is the best for elitepvpers. I do not ask people to press thanks on my posts, all thanks given
to me were unforced. I know I reported alot, this is what I want to prevent with my moderator status.

Thank you for reading my application, please post your comment below, if there are any English grammatical faults please correct me, as you know, I'm just a Belgian girl ;)

Get a few more thanks and posts...
One other problem is that you have been in this forum for 2 months only.
IŽd like to give you an adequate answer in 1 or more months.
By now my point of view is neutral. If you go on posting like this you will get a yes and you will be a moderator!

I understand exactly what you mean, second of all thanks do not have a big value actually, because u can just let someone spam them on you. The posts is a matter of time. I know I'm but my activity & support to this community will always be the same as now! Thank you for letting us know your opinion!
