Cheapest and easiest way is by using a turkish CC which usually has cheaper prices. Turkish and Argentine regions are the best.
And those methods are legit, and don't risk you getting banned.

I remember last year I tried with Turkish account and the coin prices were like 50% less, it was insane you could get 2x the coins for the price of regular accounts, then sadly they patched. Although the Turkish accounts are still cheaper compared to for example $$ prices, it is a problem to take advantage of. You need a CC from Turkey or know some one who lives there that can help you, since the prices of gift cards have skyrocketed the past year, you'll end up paying 2x or even 3x as much if you buy with gift cards.
