If I have 2 Steam accounts with the same phone and 1 gets banned?

Hello, I have 2 Steam accounts, one is my main account, and the other I use like a smurf, if in my main I have my phone number and in the smurf I had it but I deleted it, if the smurf get ban, they also ban my main one even if they no longer have the same phone number?

Yes, the number will be stored on your main account for some months I can't remember

And if I put another phone in the smurf now, would it prevent me from being banned from both accounts?

If it's an overwatch ban, does the same thing happen?

if you remove the number now, you can still get banned, happened to me once, i removed my number to make another account, and when i got banned i got banned on both accounts, the number stays on the account approx 6 months from what I know
