Sever SRO Admin Team are scammers with prove

Greetings players,

I joined Sever Sro for just 24 hours.
I donated $7.5 to but Prem. After a while i really didnt enjoy the game and was surprised that the game is incrediblly unbalanced.

I wrote a global asking for an admin or support to discuss the refund policy.
I got a random Pm from a random IGN with only question mark ( yes like this [?] )
so i though maybe its a random player just curious about my concern.
however, i elaborated my concerns to him and he asked to submit a ticket on discord.
At this point i was so irritated so i flamed the guy because there was no prove that he is an admin. he approached me with a question mark, didnt introduce himself or whatsoever.

few seconds later, my account got banned.

I submitted a ticket on discord to figure out whats going on.

After a long time of debating with Admin team.
They approved to refund my money back.
Guest what, they double charged me and banned me from discord.

i have recored all the conversation as a video.
i will include some screenshots here also.

This is a friendly warning just to be aware of this team.

After calling my card provider regarding the charge dispute.
They confirmed there are 2 charges on hold from their website.

Scammers officially confirmed

Can you prove more? please post the whole story

Let's say something about sro and not a specific server that donates and then chargingback is a joke. I don't know if they added a warning or noticed that recharging is prohibited or not. Now the player community is more greedy than the owners of Psro so provide a screen with the global , the ticket , and the full chat

Hello, Since I see that this is compeltely an Egyptian Card transaction. I have sufferred once getting double the charge. And also donating in a server doesn't gurantee refund if you don't like the game. It isn't the owners responsibilitiy. Nevertheless, I'm not defending anyone here so my suggestion is

1- If there are any proofs of scamming please share it here.
2- Contact BM Bank (Banque Misr) and tell them that you were double charged and they'll refund it
3 & Most Important- DO NOT DONATE IN A SERVER UNLESS YOU'RE CERTAIN YOU WILL PLAY

This seems pretty one sided. There is no proof via bank like a bank statement or otherwise. As well as the full support ticket. This happens very often with 'bigger' servers and people trying to get others to boycott them over personal dislike. It also seems very silly to donate on a server that you don't recognize any long-term investment in, and why would you expect a refund for a donation-- a donation of $7.50 at that..

I think its normal that they banned you :D We all know that Silkroad pservers opening and closing time to time , so youre coming to the new server and grand opening , getting fun on most activity first days , and than going to refund yours donations when youre getting bored and looking for other server ?

Thats unfair for server owners , i think everyone should say in they server that youre cant refund donations if youre try you will get banned. And most of servers i think got this rule.

Playing on a private server, a game hosted by a random guy on the internet, is ALWAYS a risk. Paying for it is a bigger risk. We do not condone the shady actions that happen on servers but it is our jurisdiction. We cannot act and our rules state that scammer accusation outside our forum are not our business. May this be a lesson to who trust or not
