It’s Random for some it dose for others it doesn’t
I personally got hwid ban form playing all cods. Form mw2019 form using EO Whan they got Detected and got hwid ban. But used a perm spoofer and I’m able to play again just fine.

most of them did, yes, but it's hard to say if they'll do the same thing again.
most people were in a shadow loop for mw2, for some it expired, for others it didn't and they had to spoof.

I mentioned this is another post but make sure to read the cod policy update from Sept 1st this month.

Your best bet is probly to make a new acct if not more than 1 for each game.

It basically says they'll reset all your stats, unlocks etc as a minimum consequence for tons of different things including unlocking a cosmetic, false reporting, and friendly fire abuse.

I mentioned the new policy because if they catch your spoofer now they'll report you to steam or bnet. Depending on how things play out policy wise, your main bnet or steam could be banned.

If you spoof anything on console they report you to MS or Sony, and you could end up getting console banned and losing all games.

Basically stop linking accounts you care about. Buy 1 cod and create another account for a new cod.

They've outright said for some of the new offenses they'll ban you from all future cod games, and many offenses are hugely common in gameplay now.

Yes ban will transfer, also if you already got banned on your mw2/wz2 account you wont be able to play mw3 on this acc

just try it with a beta code. capable that if you get banned, it will be revoked when the game is released. As happened with mw2

There is no guarantee it will be revoked, and quite the contrary, we've been able to identify a new status which appears to suggest that it will not be revoked after the beta.

They're trying new enforcement protocols this COD, so we won't know for sure until it goes live.
