It means that Windows OS must be installed on a GPT-formatted disk and BIOS mode must be UEFI. Very old motherboards (13+ years) only have Legacy BIOS mode.

Windows 11 and val just dont go together most of the time, either for spoofing or cheats.
Rollback to windows 10 or at least windows 11 21H1 since that will open a lot of options for you.
