I wouldn't bother asking Soulfly questions... I doubt they're the owner of the server. It looks like someone purchased Fury Conquer Online, which once claimed to straight up be Classic Conquer and stole their advertising, website, etc. They even had a domain that was "conquerclassic.online", which is hilariously petty. So I'm not surprised this thread and the website is stolen word-for-word from Classic Conquer.

It's a horribly pathetic and lazy attempt they're pulling to deceive players into playing their donation scam server.

why most conquer websites seems the same to me?

Generally how mass theft works. One person pays a web developer to make a website, and the rest of the community steals it. This community is built on generosity and shameless theft.
