Either go for a provider that offers swapping to new version (those are quite rare)
And don't go for lifetime as xenos said above for sure.
Make sure to choose your provider wisely and get a COD supported spoofer as well to be on the safe side.

I don't think it only plays mw2 but wz2 as well. So whoever has lifetime on wz2 continues to use it even with mw3 on wz2

It's at least worth buying 30 day subs from a provider until November when the new game launches
