Private Server (Project Kongor) 1 HWID account bypass?

This private server Project Kongor only allows 1 account per PC. I have tried the simple and obvious things, but was wondering if anyone would know how to bypass this. Would be willing to pay, unless someone is just nice enough to tell me how.

can anyone tell me how to bypass the hwid or ipban or whatever they have on project kongor?
