request for DDS files.

Hi everyone, I haven't edited or configured servers for more than 10 years. Now I wanted to resume but I had trouble finding the Data and c3 file extractors.
Someone help me with the folders or with the extractors.
I tried the ones that were on the page but they don't decompress anything.
