HWID what to replace?

As far as I know the things I need to do are

Change Motherboard
Change SSD/HHD
Change MAC Address
Change Public IP
Install new windows new profile new serial key

Is there anything else I need to change? should I change ram/cpu/gpu?

dbd don't ban cpu, gpu and ip
