5165 Granger Source Code

Hi guys! Can anyone help me with this source code? I can't seem to run this one. I cant change the database/username/password. Even if I change it in VS, after I rebuild. It has the same error, cannot connect to mysql.

EDIT:
I found the problem, the file in Debug folder named hibernate.cfg is not being replaced every time I try to rebuild the solution.

New problem! My client cant connect, it says Invalid Username or Password.

I did use a loader, conquerloader to be exact.

New problem: Im not stuck-up in login screen. It loads but stuck.
