Overwatch HWID Spoofer and Anti-Flag

Hey could someone help me unflag myself. I've created 2 accounts and a couple of days later I got an e-mail saying that my accounts have been closed, which I'm guessing is because I am flagged.

I want a permanent solution to clean all tracer files and HWID spoof if I have to? Could someone tell me what worked for them?

Is a windows re-install necessary, and was someone able to spoof without doing so?
