I would ask this type of question on either the developer part of EPVP, And also UC. This aint really the "best" place to ask this as you wont get quality answers.

As all the others said go to the website they posted, it’s actually focused on what you’re wanting to know. Though idk if ppl are actually allowed to mention the website here.

You could perhaps try and ask in the Coders Section, a dev may be willing to teach you or sell you the source code
