You should open a ticket on their website, I think they're the only ones who can give you an answer

I advise not using Project-Kratos. I've been waiting for nearly 2 weeks on my ticket for support and they have not responded, I'd honestly classify them as scam.

I had a negative experience with it; it never worked for me. However, the owner was always available for support and attempted to help. Eventually, I decided to switch to IApex. I want to clarify that I'm not implying that the previous product is inherently bad, as I've seen many people praising it. It's possible that the issue was on my end.
