You have to understand how Apex's anticheat is, EAC is no simple anticheat, especially with games like Rust and Apex it's very strict. Any developer that is good at their job knows this and will not accept such low price for their work since it's not worth the effort of their work, anything you find for such low price is either poorly made cheats using public/known bypasses (that'll eventually get detected much quicker) or mass seller providers that don't care about security and have thousands of users.

To be honest, the only provider I can think of to suit you is probably Phoenix, they have cheap products and it works however, keep in mind my previous statements when choosing, you never know.
