LF Leveling Guide.

Dungeons that I have used to XP Farm are now patched,

Anyone have any other guide to level up quicker?

I finished story on Normal, Now I want to move over towards hardcore and grind to level 100. I am unsure if I should do the story over there or if I should just skip.

Id appreciate some more information of what you players think :).
