I dont suggest any phoenix products simply because of their past. They have been known to be detected countless times. I have not used their spoofer though.

Phoenix as a cheat i wouldn't recommend buying to use, their fairly cheap but you get what you pay for.
Their spoofer however is actually pretty good. I've used it countless times with no issues.
