Step1:Open Icy Tower
Step2:Go To Wardrobe
Step3:Wear Anything You Want(but dont buy it)
Step4:Change The Language(you will see it in the upper left corner)
Step5:Press The Check Button
TAADAA You will have it permenantly :D
