As of now, yes. Its more expensive but on the long run cheaper.

Just get a DMA honestly if you want to be safe and if you know that you will be cheating for a while but if its a very temporary thing then just go for something like kernaim and hope that u wont get banned.

If you think you're only going to cheat for a few months, go and get a public cheat, you'll be fine.
