Would I get banned if I brought a cheat, injected it in R6 but don't use it?

if I use a cheat before it gets detected and stop using it, and later on it becomes detected do I get banned?

Also alternatively do I stay under low profile when a cheat is detected and wait for it to become UD so as to not get banned and continue with cheating?:confused::confused:

Same advice like any people would say;

Do not use cheat with your main account. There is always chance on getting banned.

There is always a chance of being banned, my advice to new people cheating is don’t cheat on ur main and don’t go into the intention of cheating thinking u won’t be banned eventually.

This has happened in the past. If a cheat you used gets detected and you have been using it within the last week users have been banned. This should only apply to you if you have used the cheat very recently.

Yes you can get banned, even if you stopped using it a few days before the detection

Very rare but BattlEye had banned people in the past if they matched certain logs in the past. And whatever you are trying, you never know when a cheat is detected. BattlEye can delay ban up to a few weeks.

Though the delay ban can only go up to 2 weeks iirc, as I’m pretty sure BE clears its cache every 2 weeks

Short answer: Yes.

Detailed: if the cheat you injected gets detected relatively quickly after you injected it, then yes. But BE does clear their cache once in a while, which means ur injection would be gone and there is nothing to worry about anymore

Everyone explained it perfectly, dont use cheat on your main account cause sooner or later it will get detected.
