NPC Add/Edit Tool

Hello fellow elitepvpers sro community, or as Chernobyl called us once, fortheworstcommunityever .

Any1 still got a good and working tool that can add new NPC's and edit old ones as well?
I'm sorry but just got back to this scene and decided to try and customize a server by myself :) still learning, I could do this all by hand but it takes alot of time as I am just one.

I've seen some tools out there but they don't really work the way they should...
