Unplug your PC from pwer.
Open the PC case.
Check your mainboard, there should be a small coin cell battery.
Remove that one and wait a minute or two.
Plug it in.

If you dont find the battery, google your mainboard on google images. There should be a layout of it.

For a bios flash, install the latest update for your bios or just flash it again with the current one. I don't know if that really resets the ID, but maybe this helps you a little more.
