OOG Walker can't identify items

I've got some problem here, i can access OOG Walker but it can identify items on my inventory.

there anyone has had the same problem?? or maybe can solve this problem thx before... im sory for my bad english..

same problems with OOG and IG (USA server), and i think that this problem create a bug for use pots and other items, like elisir :(
