But i can tell you that with AA you can easily switch between rage and legit configs or multiple different configs such as recoil off and on with a press of a button, you can set your keybinds etc..
Kernaim have very good ab, especially for nice legit looking ab for an external, but i never raged with kernaim only been closet so i cant give you my opinion on that but they are solid choice too and i think you have to manually open menu and switch features on or off means you cant switch configs with keybinds and so on.
