A Korean citizenship number is required in order to become a member of Korean silkroad. That's you need to buy from those who sell memberships.

Legend 23 was first brought to the ksro.
Then it was brought to the global version, but it came about a month later.
It is important to have ksro membership for such things.

Basically, yeah.

KSRO is even more dead than ISROR (if that was even possible). The only upside is that players there are more legit & there's more events/changes by the team compared to Joymax. They care a little bit more about their game than ISROR, which is already essentially nothing, but hey...

KSRO also receives content updates before any other locale, so you'll see the official systems first by playing there as they are developed. ISROR gets them a few months later and other locales even later than that.

Well if youre korean , than maybe its little better.

But if for example youre from europe than forgot about joining it. Lags , Problems even with account making if remember correctly , content which makes its better than isro for koreans only for sure to understand it.

The thing is that why some other countrys silkroad is better than isro , that they dont allow trash players or have restricions for other countrys. So its make it like bubble content. So the toxic turkish/arab players cant just come and destroy everything out.
