You should be asking about a new spoofer!! In terms of detection you can’t find any better than PO, and only really very few are on par with them in terms of detection…

Either go with sync.top for perma spoof.
Or find temp spoofers thats well known such as
AA, GH, Reported, Sync all of this 4 have temp spoofers and working without causing bans
I personally use AA+PO since the release of the game and still on same account

If you want a safe cheat you already found a great one. PO the only popular cheat that has never had any form of detection or ban issue on MW2.
Your issue would be with either your spoofer or how you're setting your spoofer up. Pick a good spoofer like GhostAim & then follow instructions carefully.

It would be fantastic when PO created a custom spoofer. Then PO would be the number 1. One safe hack and one safe spoofer :)
