Spoofing and new non-cheating account

Hey everyone I've been banned on MW2019/WZ1 for about a year now and I've really wanted to play with my friends NORMALLY. But, i'm still on the same computer as I was when I got banned. I need some help either finding a spoofer or manually spoofing. If anyone could also recommend account sellers with Dark Matter Ultra and/or Dark Aether or just cheap MW2019 MP accounts that would be Awesome because frankly I dont really know what to do at this point.
